The Prince Albert Grand Council and the Northern Lights Casino host the annual Thanksgiving Day PowWow at the Art Hauser Centre on the third weekend of October. This event is a cultural and spiritual event for hundreds of First Nations people in the area, and draws visitors from across Canada and the United States. More than 300 dancers and their families take part in the three-day competition.
