Most of the articles derive from papers produced for the OECD's intergovernmental Committees and are written either by members of the OECD Secretariat or by consultants. Views expressed in OECD Economic Studies are those of the authors, and do not necessarily reflect those of the OECD or its Member governments. Recent articles have dealt with trade liberalisation, population ageing and pensions, revision of the system of national accounts, and deregulation and privatisation in an economy-wide context.
