position overview:

• Promote sales growth and create longstanding relationships with customers
• Maximize store revenues by administrating customer accounts and managing collection activities 
• Ensure that account receivables and over-due accounts meet company standards

• Conduct regular visits to customers’ homes

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid provincial driver’s license without restrictions
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Exceptional customer service skills
• 1-2 years of prior collections and sales experience is preferred
• Strong computer and math skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Solid negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Physically able to assist with lifting/moving products weighing up to 50lbs
• Prior retail experience is an asset

• Maintain company vehicles and store facilities to standard 

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma is preferred
• Valid provincial driver’s license without restrictions
• Clean driver’s abstract
• 1-2 years of previous driving experience
• Thorough understanding of safe driving procedures and traffic laws
• Physically able to frequently lift/move products weighing 50lbs to 100lbs
• Solid knowledge of local geographic areas
• Strong navigational skills; ability to read maps and follow directions
• Time management and organizational skills to schedule local and regional deliveries
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is an asset
