The Prince Albert Air Tanker Base is located on the eastern edge of the Prince Albert Municipal Airport and Glass Airfeild. The base is home to Tracker and Birddog aircraft, used in forest fire suppression, in conjunction with efforts of the Prince Albert Fire Base. On occasion, larger air tankers re-supply here as well. |
